Subscription Policy

Subscription Management

Customers can pause, cancel, or modify their subscription at any time through their account.

Subscription management is available here: http://portal.subi.co

If a subscription payment has already been processed and the order has been fulfilled, the customer must return the product before receiving a refund.

Refunds will only be processed once the returned product is received in its original, unused condition.

FLÉURDERM™ does not cover return shipping costs for subscription cancellations unless the product has a defect or issue.

 

Order Cancellations

Customers may cancel their order within 14 days of purchase.

If the order has already been received, the product must be returned in its original, unused condition before a refund can be processed.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product issue or defect, in which case FLÉURDERM™ will provide a prepaid return label.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
