Subscription Management
• Customers can pause, cancel, or modify their subscription at any time through their account.
• Subscription management is available here: http://portal.subi.co
• If a subscription payment has already been processed and the order has been fulfilled, the customer must return the product before receiving a refund.
• Refunds will only be processed once the returned product is received in its original, unused condition.
• FLÉURDERM™ does not cover return shipping costs for subscription cancellations unless the product has a defect or issue.
Order Cancellations
• Customers may cancel their order within 14 days of purchase.
• If the order has already been received, the product must be returned in its original, unused condition before a refund can be processed.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product issue or defect, in which case FLÉURDERM™ will provide a prepaid return label.
• Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
