General Cancellation Policy
At FLÉURDERM™, we strive to provide the highest quality skincare and a seamless shopping experience. If you need to cancel an order, subscription, or service, please review our policy below.
Order Cancellations
• Orders may be canceled within 14 days of purchase.
• If the order has already been shipped or received, the product must be returned in its original, unused condition before a refund can be processed.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a product issue or defect, in which case FLÉURDERM™ will provide a prepaid return label.
• Refunds will be issued once the returned product has been received and inspected.
Subscription Cancellations & Modifications
• Customers may cancel, pause, or modify their subscription at any time through their account.
• Subscription management is available here: http://portal.subi.co.
• If a subscription payment has already been processed and the order has been fulfilled, the customer must return the product before receiving a full refund.
• Subscription cancellations do not include refunds for already shipped or received orders unless returned in their original, unused condition.
Service Cancellations (If Applicable)
• For any service-related purchases, cancellations must be requested before the service has been fulfilled to receive a full refund.
• Once a service has been delivered or partially rendered, refunds may be subject to review on a case-by-case basis.
